Presently, this is a part-time apologetics ministry concerned with helping an increasingly science-minded culture understand the Bible. I, as webmaster, work as a full time manager at Burger King. This occupies the vast majority of my week, as BK (like most fast food restaurants) expect 50 or more hours per week from their managers, and they make no bones about the fact that you are completely and totally at their mercy regarding how you spend your time.

So “part-time,” in this context, really means “whenever I have time.” I usually manage to update the site at least three to four times per week, and that usually in the blog.

In the fall, I plan to return to school at Toccoa Falls College and major in Christian leadership. This accelerated Bachelor’s degree program will also cut into my available free time.

If you like what you see here, and would like to see more of it being produced at steadier pace, then there are a few things that you can do to help.

Pray. This is the single most important thing that this fledgling ministry needs. Bathing this situation in prayer will ultimately send the message to God that this is an important and necessary ministry, it will help keep my own heart in this work and focused, and will lead to more open doors for the continuance of the services uniquely provided by this ministry.

Link to Us. This will drive more traffic in, will increase my ratings at Google and other search engines, and generally tell the web community by and large that we are here to stay.

Donate Money. This will help defer personal expenses of my own (such as rent, living expenses, health coverage, car payments, etc.). If enough money comes in through donations, and I can receive assurance that it will keep steadily coming in, then I will be able to perform the work of this ministry full-time; that is, quit my day job and do this only.

A few notes about the direction of this ministry. First, I fully intend to become actively involved in debates, teaching, and pastoral work. The bachelor’s degree that I will obtain is meant as a first step to entering seminary and obtaining an M.Th in apologetics.  I will then pursue a Ph.D in systematic theology.

If you feel so led by the Lord to help me in my endeavors, please e-mail me to arrange something.

Submit Article Ideas. I have always been long on the big picture and short on the details. One of the quirks of God’s design, I think. As such, ideas are always welcome for blogging or for potential articles. Especially potential articles.
